To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果唔想去到九龍城咁遠，又想品嘗到高質泰國菜，可以考慮嚟呢間位於深水埗基隆街嘅餐廳。餐廳唔算太大，裝潢簡單，但係俾人一種置身於泰國小店嘅感覺。我同朋友叫以咗鹽燒鰂魚、豬頸肉生菜包、馬拉盞炒通菜同埋青檸水。鹽燒鰂魚外皮燒得好香脆，味道唔會太鹹，食到魚肉本身嘅鮮甜，而且肉質嫩滑。豬頸肉生菜包嘅豬頸肉炒得好香，食落都幾辣，略帶微酸，相當惹味，生菜亦非常新鮮爽脆。馬拉盞炒通菜夠曬鑊氣，味道唔太辣，通菜新鮮唔會太老，非常好味！最後飲返杯酸酸甜甜嘅青檸水，簡直係完美嘅一餐~聞到其他食客order嘅明爐烤烏頭魚同串燒都好香，賣相亦相當唔錯。睇黎要去多幾次，試埋其他菜式喇！
