To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗基隆街有好多唔同嘅食店，今日同朋友兩個人去試泰基隆😎呢間主要食泰國菜， 距離地鐵站兩三個街口，所以都方便就腳。我地大約夜晚7點左右就到，一入去就有位坐。 我地一共點左兩個飯，加一甜品share 食😋第一個飯 - 泰式海南雞配油飯($45)，油飯既份量比相像中多，雞肉肉質嫩滑🐔，配上酸辣汁一流😋第二個 - 泰式炒金邊粉($42)，惹味可囗，炒得很香，而且配料十足。唯一不足之處是金邊粉口感偏油，但整體來說這味也值得一試。最後甜品 - 芒果糯米飯，幾乎是泰國菜必吃的甜品。份量有大半個芒果完整放在碟上，芒果很甜。椰汁份量也很多，足夠送每啖糯米飯。😋是次晚餐感覺良好，上菜速度正常，食物滿意，價格合理，值得再來一試其他款式。
