我們一行六人選了紅棗紅袍和杭州白菊。淡淡的菊花味很清新。吉川奶子、睇住流奶係熱辣辣流心綠茶同奶黃飽,每枱必叫。飽內好多醬,甜度適中,皮的厚度也是剛好的。鴿呑鳯梨,相機必食先,硬硬的酥皮,餡的波蘿味不太突出。雞絲粉皮,好濃的花生醬,青瓜絲幾多,撈埋一齊食唔會漏,好食。太子麻菜,波菜卷實再切粒,爽脆口感,再配芝麻醬,十分驚喜的做法,讚!七彩茄子,每條茄子都沾滿了甜甜的醬油,很開胃的涼拌!舉花雞花,雞翼拆骨先炸過再沾上黑醋,醬汁酸甜醒胃,還有酸甜的菠蘿,推介!松露炆伊 黑松露味幾濃,只有簡單的材料,已經是很美味的配撘。麥皮塘蝦 很有矱氣,麥皮很脆,蝦幾大隻,爽口彈牙,很出色的小菜呀!椰青燉湯很足料,冇乜味精,清香椰子水味很不錯的!
