去到朋友屋企傾完project之後,順便食埋個晚飯先走。朋友帶我去附近既喜點.鮮鍋粥底火鍋點心專門店食海鮮粥底火鍋。入到鋪頭入面發現都幾多人食,睇黎都應該幾唔錯喎。有A餐B餐揀,我地食貴少少,揀龍蝦餐。有時唔係太清楚D野食要淥幾耐,不過唔駛驚,呢到教埋你正確食法~除咗教你點食之外,仲話埋俾你知粥底火鍋既由來。先黎一鍋粥水俾你打邊爐。粟米、芋頭同埋南瓜都係等淥好海鮮之後放落去為精華海鮮粥作預備。我地先放粟米去鍋入面滾先。醬料盤俾你隨意配搭醬料。等粥水滾起之後,就夾起美國極上牛小排放落鍋入面,淥一淥,好快就熟,趁冇咁熱既時候立即放入口食,非常夠牛味。最吸引係海鮮拼盤,有一隻龍蝦分開兩半,兩個人分啱啱好!仲有海蝦、貴妃蚌、黃金蜆、帶子、鮑魚,面對住咁多咁正既海鮮,有時真係唔知揀落咩好。除此之外,仲有多寶魚,淥完之後,魚肉變得嫩滑鮮甜,不過就要小心D魚骨。夾起仲係綠色既生龍蝦放入個鍋入面。另一面睇,隻龍蝦都算多肉。淥完之後,龍蝦就變咗橙紅色啦!龍蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,仲有少量膏,半隻實在唔夠喉啊!同樣由綠變紅既海蝦食得出係新鮮既,蝦肉唔會好霉。飲品可以去飲品櫃拎,有竹蔗芧根同埋豆漿,可以一支支咁拎。我

飲品可以去飲品櫃拎,有竹蔗芧根同埋豆漿,可以一支支咁拎。我地拎咗支竹蔗芧根倒係杯入面飲,味道天然,唔會死甜!

除咗海鮮盤同埋牛之外,仲可以揀多八款配料。我地見有咁多肉,點都要揀返D菜既!所以我地就揀咗唐生菜,淥完之後,吸咗湯底精華,仍然十分爽脆。

平時打邊爐十分喜愛食墨魚滑,呢到更特別既係加有蟹肉,令味道更鮮甜。蟹籽蝦滑係另一至愛,蝦肉打至充滿膠質,而且仲有原隻蝦身,再加入蟹籽,除咗味道一流之外,質感上面都豐富咗,係推介之選!

淥哂所有配料之後,就可以放埋南瓜粒同埋芋頭粒落去,再叫店員加入粥膽去煮,攪拌幾下,煮滾之後就可以熄火,如果唔係會好易燶。

店員放了一小碟粥既配料係枱,但溫馨提醒我地唔好放太多,怕味道太重。我選擇咩都唔放,就咁食呢碗精華海鮮粥。食第一啖就已經食到濃濃海鮮既鮮味,而且仲散發淡淡芋頭既香味!雖然好飽,但係我仍然可以食兩碗。我明白點解咁多人黎呢到食粥底海鮮火鍋啦!等我下次帶埋鍾意食海鮮既爹地媽咪黎食先!
