To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細到大都係海鮮控,不過住左市區食海鮮機會無咁多,有個概念覺得要去西貢先食到正既海鮮。其實蟹仙都食到好正海鮮,仲可以用人頭計算去食,兩個人食最化算,因為去西貢一定要夠多人先可以食得多種類同抵食。九龍城分店係宋王臺站行大概五分鐘就去到,附近仲有好多美食,唔夠飽可以食埋糖水。$999二人套餐,名正言順係包羅萬有,除咗基本海鮮,仲有丸同安格斯牛肉。蒸海鮮就聽得多,蒸牛肉真係第一次,原來可以保全到牛肉既口感同味道,可以一試。不過重頭劇都係隻蟹,多膏且肉質夠實,如果唔係怕膽固醇高,真係想食多啲。
