睇見食友既食評,一早已決定黎試下,不過訂個枱幾次,唔係臨時有事要cancel booking,就係節日full house訂唔到枱,好似同海賀這裡無咩緣。係二月既節日,又記起這裡,今次無意外,終於有機會試下。近半年都試左幾間鐵阪燒,各有特色各有好東西,又寫下這裡。特意安排要望景鐵阪枱,環境望住大半個港島區,夠舒適,係The One 同 Isquare 的高座食店的優勢。坐埋枱,是夜由日藉大廚主理,睇雜誌介紹過係日本店既師傅,真係有點期待師傅既功架。是夜的係節日menu,同平時a la carte有d唔同,前菜五款,特別係個蛋卷,蛋既軟滑同蛋香呢兩樣基本野當然無走雞,食落夠濕潤,綿綿的,很不錯既蛋卷。接力係鵝肝,個面煎得當然脆,食落也是肥美豐腴,呢d都係最低要求,這裡的特別係個汁,是夜用上唔係平時既山藥汁,係藍莓醬,酸酸既藍莓醬配上鵝肝,呢個配搭幾新穎,食落幾可口,好食。昆布煮海胆,海胆入口鮮甜,無腥味,份量亦多,好野。個底伴有鐵阪煎過既年糕,煙韌非常,夾埋紫菜一齊食,很特別的一款。下一款係海鮮,是夜係響螺薄切,爽爽的,未算太特別。食完海鮮到牛肉,是夜既係m8澳牛和牛肉眼,望落油脂幾均勻

食完海鮮到牛肉,是夜既係m8澳牛和牛肉眼,望落油脂幾均勻,同平時行日式超市見到$2xx/100g果d差唔多,食落充滿油香,牛肉柔嫩,煎得夠香,用上的係肉眼,不過肉味尚算濃,好食。

已經九成飽,終於到炒飯,鐵阪燒既炒飯係幾飽我都要試既一項。炒得夠乾身,不過好似個味淡左d,不過都係食到見底的炒飯。唔要炒飯可以加錢轉壽司,是日送上的係拖羅、象拔蚌、海胆同青瓜卷,海胆跟之前食到既一樣水準,夠鮮甜;拖羅肥美,不過無咩魚味;象拔蚌夠爽,帶點甜,係三款之中最好。埋尾有麵鼓湯,鹹左d,已經夠飽都無再飲落去既興趣。

食物,當然滿意,喜歡這裡的創意,好似藍莓鵝肝,至今依然回味。服務,日藉師傅幾功架十足,原先都想俾五分,不過果位十分緊張但係得五分功夫既神出鬼未既侍應生,我真係頂佢唔住。環境講左,坐到靠窗果邊真係無得頂,個人都開胃d。價位,跟其他鐵阪燒都略為偏高,不過有時總要豪一次。係滿意既一餐。
