以前不時會經西灣河碼頭去鯉魚門體育館攀石,但愈大愈忙,已經好少再踏足碼頭。估唔到今次嚟唔係搭船,而係食串燒。埠嘅燒物用石爐保溫,以瀨戶奈海藻鹽調味。成得最豪嘅係厚切A4和牛。平時冇食開唔知價,望落係細塊,但食落真係不得了。和牛喺爐上一直滴油,發出「炸炸」聲。 厚切和牛令肉心保持嫰粉紅,成塊肉都充滿油脂香,牛味好濃。月見紫蘇免治雞棒食法比較特別,可以將雞棒切成細段,然後沾上蛋漿。雞棒甜甜地,沾上蛋汁肉質更嫰滑。京都絹豆腐幾有驚喜。一端上枱見到豆腐偏黑好似燶咗咁,其實有啲錯愕。但一食就知佢係將甜醬油焦糖化,令絹豆腐比炸豆腐更脆。豆腐密度好高,食落結實,豆味濃陏。喺電視見過人話日本燒雞皮好正,所以就點嚟試試。果然冇錯!雞皮燒到出晒油,食落脆口,有雞油香但唔油膩,好似豬油渣咁嗰種質地咁。羊扒雖然定價較高,但燒得好出色。入面嘅肉係嫰粉紅,但生嘅部分好易咬開,好稔,好香!鍋燒烏冬滑嘟嘟咁,鰹魚昆布湯係全鍋嘅精華所在,腐皮就吸晒呢啲精華。哈!睇到都覺得正啦!蟹腳燒鹽味經外殼滲入鮮甜蟹肉。蟹鉗位啲肉厚到成支漿糊筆咁!啖啖肉,啖啖海水味。食埋甜品,呢餐靚景正嘢食冇得輸。
