佐敦呢個舊區真係越來越多好嘢食,繼上次食完燒肉自助餐之後,我哋今次再戰佐敦區。喺網上見到有鐵板燒餐廳用海膽菜式來做主打,我地即刻流晒口水想去試。鐵板燒師傅樂師傅曾經任職高級日本鐵板燒餐廳,廚藝有保証。餐廳好細,食鐵板燒最好嘅位就係坐吧枱,可惜我哋太遲book位,只好坐普通枱。我哋order左海膽焗原隻龍蝦北海道帆立貝海鮮套餐,侍應提醒我哋,如果想試多啲其他嘢,係可以叫一個set share再加其他散叫。我哋一心呢度就係想試佢個18層海膽杯,淨係聽到個名已經流晒口水,佢18層各有不同口感,至於包括乜嘢,你哋自己睇相,呢個係必食。另外我哋亦都order咗海膽花膠,從來冇諗過兩樣野可以咁夾,不過如果花膠可以再林啲,感覺更加好。至於我哋個餐,包括咗鐵板海膽芝士焗原隻龍蝦,北海道黑松露帆立貝,鐵板燒鰻魚,特別一提嘅係紙包蜆湯,上枱嘅時候侍應會剪開個紙包,好特別。總括來講,以呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅鐵板燒值得一讚。
