每次同契妹食飯,佢都會一再提及自己仲未有機會坐地鐡條新西港島線。見佢週末即將返美,尋晚小肥契哥就玩多次角色扮演,成為其男友替身,陪佢坐到去尾站堅尼地城,仲專登揀咗間喺海傍o既法國餐廳「Bistronomique」,好好咁浪漫一下。 店子兩層高,我地兩隻大食懶見到樓下有位,仲要望住個海,所以都懶得行上去視察 。白色o既牆身掛上幾幅畫報,簡潔大方。三張散座身後就係水吧。元宵佳節當然係要飲返杯先啦 !兩口子就應友善客氣o既哥哥推介,叫咗兩款特色頭盤同主菜黎分。落好單先黎熱烘烘o既麵包籃。Salt Cod Brandade w/ black truffle($98):用鐡盤上o既奶油鱈魚熱力十足,面頭隻溫泉蛋仲好夠流心添 。魚蓉不但香軟,其松露香剛好帶出魚肉o既鮮甜味,不過由於份量都幾犀利,我地兩個人分黎食都覺得有少少溜,所以建議大家最好三、四個人分一客 。Tete de Cochon($98):中國人食乳豬都愛攞個豬頭返屋企用黎煲粥或者係炆黎食,細佬見識少,真係唔知原來法國人都會食豬頭 。哥哥解釋話所謂豬頭,其實係師傅用上豬頭上不同部位,包括耳仔,重組成為一個卷物,再切成一片片
