To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同男朋友慶祝生日,去咗呢間氣氛好好嘅餐廳,一坐低比左蝦片做餐前小食,好脆,有配啤酒一流。嗰度環境比較暗,旁邊有個酒吧位有人喺度飲酒,感覺舒服。叫咗幾個餸,茶醺雞,大蒜蒸蟶子皇,胡椒海蜇頭,同埋龍皇貴妃泡飯。茶醺雞味道有啲似豉油雞,個雞都幾香滑,好少見酒樓食雞會比埋內臟,啱晒我大蒜蟶子皇有四隻,都算大隻,而且口感爽脆,但價錢有點略貴,同粉絲有點硬,有點像膠胡椒海蜇頭非常之開胃,配上胡椒嘅小小辣,好惹味,食慾大增最後係期待已久的龍皇貴妃泡飯,可能期待太高,所以沒有什麼驚喜,味道不夠香濃最後,坐的環境幾舒服,但對住一個位可以行出出面露台,啲食客完全唔關門,啲熱風吹入嚟,食食吓都幾熱,比較失色。
