To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次幫襯 King Ludwig Beerhall 係兩年前,印象深印!今次再幫襯,當年記憶猶新.....浪漫氣氛仍舊無變,變嘅相信係我自己了.....希望食品無變!首先,不得不點名菜德國咸豬手,另外再點海鮮菠菜忌廉湯,忌廉薯仔湯,農夫包配鵝肝醬,頭盤挪威海鮮拼盤,洋蔥煙肉菠菜焗蠔,甜品火焰雪山。未上枱都知食唔哂!農夫包以為 size 好大,其實約拳頭呎吋咁上下,size 啱啱好,怕太大食唔哂。兩個忌廉湯都好濃,味道重咗少少,可能係德國風味吧!反而頭盤個沙律有驚喜!味道唔會太濃,而且造型精緻,窩心!德國咸豬手首先俾我嘅感覺係肉,肉,同埋肉!好多肉!但肉質一般,食唔出肉味,豬手皮脆但厚身咗,可能又係德國風味吧!焗蠔出色,有洋蔥同煙肉一齊食,味道唔會太咸,食到哩到已經飽到頂肚,重有個甜品未到.....火焰雪山上枱時會點著個火,好靚!味道雖然甜咗少少,但食上去質感好正!外表幼滑,內裡有d沙糖嘅質感,正!啱我胃口!𠵱呀!唔記得影環境相添!最後,生日快樂!

未上枱都知食唔哂!
農夫包以為 size 好大,其實約拳頭呎吋咁上下,size 啱啱好,怕太大食唔哂。
