To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗而家真係有好多野食, 但真係要簡又有d花多眼亂。今日黎到深水埗, 撞正食晏時間想搵地方食野, 但周圍都好多人好長龍。 後尾係基隆街發現一間細細既泰國餐廳,剛好有位就入去試下。見好多人都有點海南雞飯, 冬陰功河。我朋友就試下佢既海南雞飯, 我就點左炒泰式金邊河。佢地既餐仲跟杯特飲: 青檸水, 啱晒而家咁乾熱既天氣。這間泰國餐廳廚房都係搵返泰國人做廚,口味拍得住九龍城。我喜歡佢連炒金邊河都唔太油膩。而且帶酸甜, 係好醒胃的。而海南雞飯, 雞都夠滑, 冇骨, 個油飯都好啱味。真係一個新發現, 深水埗小多一樣美食。
