To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好像很久沒有去皇家太平洋食自助餐了。睇翻紀錄,對上一次到訪柏景餐廳,係半年前既事,不過那時疫情緊張,我只是來外帶下午茶。再數上去,係一年前,都係因為疫情,為安全起見,變成放題形式。依家叫做稍為緩和,可以做回 『正常』既自助餐,大家自己出去睇出去攞嘢食,係開心啲既。啊!介紹番,今期主題,係泰國美食。出去巡一個圈,可以見到,食物款式真係好泰國,尤其是熱葷。凍海鮮、壽司嗰啲都有供應,但我唔係度多講,主力描述下泰式食品仲實際。吃些泰式青木瓜沙律及酸辣鳳爪打開胃口後,見有椰子雞湯,拿一盅回去與朋友分享。幾重椰味的,裡頭有雞件,亦有磨菇粒,足料。熱盤方面,十樣有八樣都是泰式,貫徹主題。泰式咖喱是必需品吧,青咖喱雞、黃咖喱牛,惹味汁醬不一定要配白飯,來幾片烤餅來伴之,也未嚐不可。泰式魚餅、蝦餅、蔗蝦及豬頸肉糯米飯都是香口的小食,岩晒重口味既筆者。另外,燒菠蘿幾乎是為在座的朋友而設。炒海鮮是熱盤中的焦點,香辣惹味的青口、大蝦、蜆肉及翡翠螺,還有炒龍蝦鉗,均是充滿泰式風情。講起泰國美食,又點可以漏左船麵呢!將Buffet既粉麵檔搖身一變成為船麵,豬骨湯及冬蔭公湯任君選擇,配料不會矜貴,牛丸、豬肉丸、紅腸

講起泰國美食,又點可以漏左船麵呢!將Buffet既粉麵檔搖身一變成為船麵,豬骨湯及冬蔭公湯任君選擇,配料不會矜貴,牛丸、豬肉丸、紅腸、魚皮餃和韭菜等,愈地道愈平價的食材,愈有泰式味道。

同樣地,大部份甜點都是貫徹是夜主題,椰汁西米糕、大菜糕及班蘭千層糕等,傳統又夠地道,新派的泰式奶茶凍,夠香夠濃,果真很有飲泰茶既感覺。香芒糯米飯以小匙盛著,一啖一口,吃得方便。

香芒椰皇露清爽怡人,但最讚的,肯肯定係榴槤撻,迷你的一小件,個人獨吞了四件。

有食力的話,可以啪多幾件葡撻的。

傾傾講講,唔經唔覺,又到十點大限。
