本身好期待呢餐日式法國菜,但係由打電話book台到食完感覺都麻麻地,而且lunch都唔平,要880加一。感覺不外如是,早知去返酒店lunch, 原因如下: 聽電話的職員感覺好唔專業,講左姓名最後又問多兩次本人姓咩⋯⋯而且聽漏曬啲野。去到坐低由頭到尾無人比過menu我睇,我連價錢都唔知,男職員只問我揀5個定8個course, 我答左之後就上菜。餐廳啲位都好闊好舒服,但當日太曬,我話好曬職員答:等一下,曬一陣就無架喇。我無奈樣然後自己坐去另一張凳。女職員有點不滿咁幫我重新擺餐具。問佢拎tissue, 問左兩次都唔記得。仲比我見到有個男職員係bar台位面對住客人自己試酒⋯其實話曬都高級餐廳,點解職員好像無training的普通餐廳侍應,同酒店的完全無得比。本人覺得收得呢個價又自稱fine dining, 最起碼都train下員工。講返食物,質素唔差但心情影響了小小味覺。頭盤三點個海膽都算新鮮,但同日本比真心有距離。之後個日本蠔非常美味,一啖食曬!個湯濃味得黎但係個清湯咁既樣,好好味。最好食係個烤魚,塊皮同魚鱗煎到薯片咁脆,好想食多一份。和牛都很不錯,但沒有入口即溶的口感。海鮮雜繪就一般般,因

最後成餐飯食左3個鐘,感受到日本師傅的用心,如果其他員工都有進步就更加可以稱得上是fine dining, 這間就名過其實了。
