我用某網上外賣平台總共叫左2次外賣, 第一次佢即刻取消我張單, 話做唔切, 完全唔緊要 明白有時可能太過多人,整唔切.之後我第2晚叫多次, 今次佢一直冇取消張單, 直至我等左45分鐘先話賣曬, 取消張單請呢間餐廳如果係做唔切生意, 請一早通知, 而唔係等左45分鐘先通知, 令人極度失望.所以各位如果係想經過外賣APP去訂, 請三思, 隨時等1個鐘先取消你張單.I have ordered food from this restaurant through a food delivery app for two times. I have ordered food from this restaurant through a food delivery app for two times. The first time he has canceled my order immediately and I am totally fine with that because I understand there is busy time during the rush hour.
However, I have ordered the food again through it another night. And the restaurant DID NOT cancel my order until I have wait for 45 minutes already. It is extremely disappointed and frustrated. If the restaurant is not capable to handle the order, please cancel it ASAP but not after 45 minutes.
Please RE-THINK if you would like to order from this restaurant. It is highly possible that the restaurant will cancel your order after an hour.
