開頭都幾好食,甚至開頭個後生仔主力做腸粉既時候都煙銀同夠晒巢皮,但換左第個,拉得無咁巢同好軟。最重要係我多數叫叉燒腸,開頭係條狀或者係薄片,推腸粉嘅時候咁嘅形狀會好融入條腸粉度。中間都會有叉燒黐住係啲腸粉度,係會互相交融嘅。但近呢兩次食都係正方形粒狀,叉燒還叉燒腸粉還腸粉,甚至好似係蒸完之後淋啲叉燒上去咁。對上一次食啲叉燒粒仲好大粒,細粒過嗰啲骰仔少少,最近一次就碎到不得了但係都算係粒狀,腸粉勁軟,過晒火。仲少少益益地味,唔係好新鮮。最近見佢選擇多咗,餐牌同招牌都冇咁大陸味,但都係個類感覺,同埋質素下降左,可惜。
