Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚去咗The Place食dinner buffet, 見無乜人點讚過呢間嘅dinner buffet，都抱住伏嘅心態去。可能就係預佢伏，所以食完反而有驚喜😂生蠔瘦咗啲，不過新鮮嘅鴨肝係即煎，塊包都係自己夾嘅，驚好快飽所以只要一塊包墊底🤣片皮鴨好食，但個包太厚。我都係prefer用薄嗰啲皮😅龍蝦係即焗嘅，啱晒我。我唔係好鐘意食凍冰冰嘅龍蝦。👍德國豬手嘅皮keep住脆卜卜，好味。羊架略嫌切得太厚，食哂會好快飽😂但整得好味嘅海南雞飯有驚喜，隻雞好嫩滑，正到有啲想食多幾舊🤣榴槤pancake真係好creamy, 好正。好衰架！點解佢啲易飽肚嘅嘢整得特別好食架？🤣

鴨肝係即煎，塊包都係自己夾嘅，驚好快飽所以只要一塊包墊底🤣

龍蝦係即焗嘅，啱晒我。我唔係好鐘意食凍冰冰嘅龍蝦。👍
