To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前初初開個陣,覺得啲野食好唔啱食,所以都去過一兩次就無去。但前排父母發現佢哋個早餐好啱我,就叫我去試下。然後有一朝嘅早餐去食,發現真係好啱我,我好鍾意。因為佢哋份早餐真係大份又抵食。塊多士係即烘厚多士,份炒蛋大份到好感動,因為我好鍾意食炒飯,特別係半熟炒蛋,佢哋呢份算接近,不過都好正,我媽媽唔鍾意食炒蛋都覺得好食。呢個餐$39/$41我唔係好記得,但呢個價呢個質素真係完全無問題。唯獨是一個問題,就係呢間餐廳啲客唔鍾意攞飛,可能單人客多,成日鍾意一支箭咁衝入去自己坐低,佢部機又擺係入面,搞到好多人無意識拎,衝咗入去,啲職員唔知坐低咗,出面拎飛嘅就走入去鬧啲職員,我每星期去一次都,一個月點都會聽到一次。講真啲職員好無辜,啲客自己衝入去坐低我點知你地係咪識得,但鬧就鬧啲職員無看住,間餐廳成日比人搭檯又係造成啲客會咁樣做嘅原因之一,唔知你追sales定點,你安排啲客去搭檯,下次啲客就唔會理你自己走去搭,就搞到咁亂,不如係呢方面安排得好少少?🤏🏻啲客唔會嘈,你啲職員都做得舒服啲。
