To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過酸辣粉又好耐無去過雲貴香，所以今日lunch去食食。點了個重慶酸辣紅薯粉，三餸、中大辣。上菜後立即渴了一口湯試試那種重慶口味。咪住，啖湯咁淡嘅？又唔酸又唔辣，係一啲辣都無。我再望一望點菜紙係唔係我叫錯咗唔辣，點菜紙真係寫住中大辣喎。於是我問店員姐姐係咪攪錯咗。姐姐諗都唔使諗就同我講，「不如我比麻辣醬你自己加啦！我拎返入廚房都係加麻辣醬比你架咋！」呢句說話令我記憶返返黎。原來我咁耐無黎係因為上次碗粉都係無辣味要自己加。是但啦自己加就自己加啦！廢事拎入廚房比人加料。但我前後加咗6匙麻辣醬都唔辣，無錯，係6匙。就算我幾食得辣都無可能6匙麻辣醬都唔辣！算！再加都唔係原本嗰件事。唯有再三提醒自己，「唔好再黎呢間了」。我真係唔知係我問題定咩雲貴香口味港式化咗。總之我面前呢碗唔係酸辣粉。anyways, 唔會再有下次。
