To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五一我和我的几个朋友从大陆过来旅游的,住在尖沙咀,早上偶然找到这家餐厅吃饭,服务员态度非常不友好。首先是我们的餐还没点完他就莫名其妙地跑走了,把我们愣在原地。然后吃完饭我们想找个卫生间去上,走到卫生间,看见门口挂了着一个牌子写着没有咸水,由于我们不知道咸水是什么意思,然后就想找那个服务员请教一下,没想到他态度很不耐烦地说:“你看不懂中文啊?”我说我看得懂但是不知道什么是咸水,然后他说就是没有水,于是我们就离开打算回到座位,但是没想到的是,他转过身就满餐厅到处跟别的店员说他们不知道咸水是什么。之前对香港的感觉一直很不错,但是在这家店的经历简直使我的印象跌倒谷底
