To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於有幸齊人出來吃飯🤗🤗本來大家約好去打邊爐但其中幾個說想吃小菜,咁就去大中華小廚啦,哈哈是我決定的🤫馬上完成手頭上的工作坐地鐵去長沙灣等她們 幸好大家凖時 我們6:30已到 時間尚早人客不多 我們坐在近門口位 好啦準備點菜其實大家都無看餐牌都係叫一些舊時食開果幾味 薑蔥鮑魚 鮑魚鮮味Ok黑椒鐵板豬手 必點推介 熱騰騰的黑椒汁加生洋蔥的蔥辣味加上豬手少少肥肉 哈哈十分邪惡😈炭爐燒鵝半隻我們五人叫半隻份量剛剛好皮脆肉滑南乳吊燒鱔 感覺麻麻 炸粉太多比例不對墨魚餅0k的,口感不錯,墨魚膠彈牙的👍🏻👍🏻這兩個普通貨色純粹叫點青菜綜和一下剛才的肉𥚃最後叫了一窩生炒煲仔飯 足料👍🏻👍🏻簡簡單單有一餐 哈哈好滿足 大牌檔就是要簡單 將食材弄得太復雜反而欠缺了人情味
