To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 來到赤柱,預了食的價錢不會平,下午茶時間還是想吃港式東西便來了金記,金記的裝修每一間都很有特色,適逢平日下午茶時間,不太多人,坐得很舒適。下午茶時間炒粉麵飯平均大概50幾蚊,赤柱來講都OK啦,雙拼蛋治都成$38,結果我都係叫咗個鮮茄焗豬扒飯, 凍檸茶小冰,盛惠55蚊。凍檸茶先來,味道正正常常,一杯普通嘅茶記凍檸茶。鮮茄焗豬扒飯金記話係佢個招牌,芝士係唔少的,飯又係炒飯底,豬扒很林相信有落鬆肉粉,茄汁當然唔會比鮮蕃茄你,係茄膏啦,個份量其實係一個迷你嘅份量, 午餐同晚餐先至有正常版,男人來說差少少才會飽。金記我最欣賞始終都係佢個裝修,食物質素就普通,但以我所知其他嘅分店個價錢其實都偏高嘅,反而赤柱來講就好正常。

下午茶時間炒粉麵飯平均大概50幾蚊,赤柱來講都OK啦,雙拼蛋治都成$38,結果我都係叫咗個鮮茄焗豬扒飯, 凍檸茶小冰,盛惠55蚊。


凍檸茶先來,味道正正常常,一杯普通嘅茶記凍檸茶。

鮮茄焗豬扒飯金記話係佢個招牌,芝士係唔少的,飯又係炒飯底,豬扒很林相信有落鬆肉粉,茄汁當然唔會比鮮蕃茄你,係茄膏啦,個份量其實係一個迷你嘅份量, 午餐同晚餐先至有正常版,男人來說差少少才會飽。


金記我最欣賞始終都係佢個裝修,食物質素就普通,但以我所知其他嘅分店個價錢其實都偏高嘅,反而赤柱來講就好正常。
