老人家偏愛中菜,過時過節通常食中菜居多,第一次去完星月居屋企人都覺得餸菜做得幾好,服務親切,又坐得舒適,所以事隔四個月唔使諗再訂枱,順便試吓其他經典菜式😉魚蓉羹、乳鴿同糯米飯幾款經典菜式照舊點,一如既往讚不絕口👍🏻今次最有驚喜係羊腩煲同煙燻倉魚❗️羊腩煲用上新鮮羊肉炆得剛剛好,醬汁調到唔會死咸,亦唔會食到好重南乳味,同一般餐廳與別不同🐑 煙燻倉魚看似簡單,但非常考廚師經驗👨🏻‍🍳煎到黃金色之餘,味道相當有層次🐟大良野雞卷炒鮮奶係好傳統懷舊嘅順德菜,蘑菇、新鮮蟹肉、蛋白、金華火腿同鮮奶慢慢炒而煮成。雞卷其實係冇雞肉係入面,而係用肥豬肉包住金華火腿炸到超酥脆,勁邪惡😝玻璃明蝦球好大隻,賣相好吸引🦐蝦肉彈牙,仲有一小片炸雲腿,令口感更豐富。糖水今次揀咗合桃糊,同樣足料同好飲☺️
