沾麵喺日本未食過，卒之喺呢度食，呢間店近期賣廣告，傳媒又有介紹，好似幾掂咁。第一啖食落去，就真係好香濃，啲麵好煙靭，精神為之一振! 其實呢種味似武藏麵館，食落去就覺得好膩又偏鹹，我明白正宗日式拉麵係咁鹹嘅，一試無妨，但始終5唔會好似食港式牛什麵咁成日食。
