亜囝在灣仔返工,當然知道邊到搵好嘢食啦。帶我去了合和中心一間北京菜館。環境氣氛古色古香,有feel。


間場還有製拉麵表演,吸引遊客。

北京填鴨算是北京菜代表作之一。
皮脆肉嫰,皮與肉之間沒有太多多餘脂肪,入口不油不膩,我鐘意呀!

囝仔無肉不歡,鐡板牛肉最啱佢。吱吱喳喳,熱辣辣。蔥蒜的配搭好惹味,牛肉質感軟腍,差不多成碟囝仔吃光了。

擔擔麵也不錯。麵質有嚼感。不過如湯底再濃一點,花生香味再多一點就更完美了。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
