To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家人請食buffet 今次同六位家人 一起來食，因為有人七點先收工，所以我哋就約七點三先開始，這裏六點半已經開門， 咁心諗食自助餐兩個鐘都夠曬皮呀， 一上到嚟見到個裝修 好堂皇 好靚 ，馬上巡查一圈 款式 都算多 應有盡有，但就見不到生蠔，不過我 昨日已經食咗😁，同埋本身都唔係生蠔控，對我嚟講絕對冇影響，太肚餓先攞個沙律頂下肚 因為人未到齊 成品沙律竟然有六款 這個我覺得 好豐富 好少見到 ，差不多七點半就人齊啦 坐低吹下水然後就各自出去 攞嘢食 ，我通常 沙律之後 就會去攞凍盤 ，呢度有長腳蟹 蝦 螺 青口 麵包蟹 龍蝦 款式都算多。 但係我都係麻麻地 鍾意食自助餐嘅長腳蟹 多數都冇味 同自己喺魚市場買兩三千蚊隻鮮烚絕對冇得比。 刺身打bar有67款魚，岩燒三文魚 一般， 鵝肝多士 唔錯，有自製窩夫機又有兩款靚雪糕 正。亂食
