今天早上參加完朋友的婚禮之後,我們便回到屯門逛街,由於大家都想喝肉骨茶和吃叻沙,剛巧在市中心附近又有一間馬來西亞小店,於是晚上的時候我們便專程來到這裡吃晚餐了No.1【媽媽肉骨茶配白飯】$50雖然新加坡和馬來西亞分別各自有肉骨茶,但是兩者無論是賣相抑或是味道都是有點不同的!新加坡的肉骨茶看起來比較清澈見底的,味道則是比較重胡椒口味至於馬來西亞的肉骨茶由於加入了黑醬油,所以看起來烏烏黑黑的,而且味道更比較重藥材味,就好像以下這碗媽媽肉骨茶一樣雖然它的外表黑漆漆的,看起來完全不開胃的樣子,但是它的味道卻相當有驚喜由於肉骨茶加入了當歸、黨蔘、肉桂、杞子等藥材,所以滿口都充斥著濃濃的藥膳味道,藥膳的餘韻更在口中久久不散,讓人唇齒留香,一試傾心!最後加入排骨後,味道立即更上一層樓,肉骨與中藥熬燉萃取而成的湯底,苦中帶甘,甘中有鹹,最後更嚐到一絲絲淡淡的清甜味,整體的味道其實有點像台灣的藥燉排骨不過它的口感更為豐富而細膩,而且亦相當有層次,美味得讓人久久縈繞,讓人回味無窮,鳳髓龍肝!No.2【馬來西亞招牌叻沙】$50雖然叻沙一直是我男友的最愛,不過自從我們到過廈門品嚐過當地的沙茶麵之後,便一直念念

總結來說,媽媽肉骨茶和美羅沙嗲雞串的味道簡直是堪稱一絕,其他菜式亦充滿著濃濃的馬來西亞風味以及情懷,所以真的非常值得推薦這間小店給大家!
