To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 若然有朋友建議到海洋公園食飯，大家的第一反應可能會覺得路途遙遠、亦擔心需要入場費，其實唔係咁！首先是乘地鐵在金鐘站轉車只需一個站就到海洋公園門口，快過去好多地方；而晚上六點半後來吃飯是免入園門票的，賺到飯後可在園內散散步，休閑逛逛，打吓卡。 不止於此，若然在OpenRice訂位，周一至四全單八折，爐炭燒及海龍王兩家餐廳選擇，諗得過！ 我們覺得在樂園中吃泰菜的主意不錯，正中泰藉廚師主場之外，得知採用備長炭，迅速高温更能鎖肉汁，想起已經垂涎。  炭燒確有水準，點了三款肉，全部刻上焦香烙印，送上來已嗅到炭火香。傳統泰式沙嗲串 $118豬牛雞三拼各兩串，全部唔嚡有肉汁。 三文魚扒 $248三文魚扒本身肥美，燒至恰到好處，內嫩光澤，配備微辣順滑薄荷忌廉汁，成功提味。豬頸肉 $98配合辣椒汁，更是香惹。泰式柚子沙律 $108柚子不酸，份量不少，非常稱職的開胃前菜。大蝦酸辣湯 $118香茅椰汁素雞湯 $78一般供應兩款湯選擇，我的大蝦湯酸辣味道平衡，同伴椰汁湯內的素雞有質素，密度足，咬落是吃肉的口感，掛汁能力高。青咖哩雞 $198輕柔的咖喱，吃得舒服。 泰式船麵 $138喜見香脆豬皮，亦有豬肉丸及豬
