每次係大埔想食滷水嘅時候,必定第一間就會諗起榕基,睇住2位90後情侶由細舖搬大舖,再去到大圍開分店,除咗味道依然keep到水準,更係充滿熱誠,絕對係世一啊!😋
因為滷水鵝就食得多,所以今次揀咗出面少見嘅香烤焦糖滷豬頸肉配秘製酸辣汁,再配埋每次都必嗌嘅鮮鵝油撈麵,真係好滿足🤭
每件豬頸肉上面都有一層燒得好香脆嘅焦糖,再配埋秘製酸辣汁,食起上嚟更加惹味😋😋
店員每次都好細心提醒鮮鵝油撈麵要趁熱食👍🏻
