Restaurant: The Jungle

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前帶朋友去食尼泊爾菜,一試愛上,今次再帶佢試下同區試下另一間,呢間除咗充滿尼泊爾風味,仲融合埋墨西哥同西餐元素。一入去就被森林氣息包圍,加上cocktail 同美食都好地道。 尼泊爾餃子(煎或蒸半煎半蒸)尼泊爾餃子比小籠包更大,圓潤飽滿,但唔似小籠包入面咁多湯汁,今次揀左豬肉餡料,皮薄餡正。 亦可以選擇雞肉同芝士,配上辣椒醬辣味過癮。 香料醬酥炸球加入辣調味、薯仔、豆泥、花生、芫茜同洋蔥等香口配料,再用茶壺倒入酸酸羅勒汁。美國西南風味雞餅皮用咗軟墨西哥粟米薄餅,鐵板雞肉搭配炒洋蔥同什錦胡椒,炒得幾香, 搭配三款特製醬料:番茄莎莎醬、牛油果醬同酸奶油。 尼泊爾炒米通脆米飯口感酥脆,味道帶鹹香,加入亞洲番草同番料,亦好似麻辣味硬身少少嘅媽咪麵,份量超足,WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE打卡able,點燃香木做裝飾,帶微微煙燻味,第一啖帶熱情果味容易入口,飲落酒味比較重。
