日本特級帆立貝,一上枱仲以為呢個帆立貝係冷盤刺身,正想夾嚟食之際,店員細心提醒呢個帆立貝係用嚟燒嘅,並且話雖然係用嚟燒,但係都用上咗刺身級嘅帆立貝嚟做材料,真係有啲衝動想食啖生嘅,侍應小姐將帆立貝嘅熟度掌握得好好,裏面仲有少少生,係我最鍾意嘅口感,用少少岩鹽嚟調味已經相當好食。

美國 prime 醬油牛肋骨兩件,睇住牛肋骨喺個爐上面燒緊嗰陣,所聞到嘅陣陣牛香都已經叫人食指大動,稱得上美國 prime 等級牛扒,牛味果然特別香濃,加上脂肪分佈平均,口感很好;調味方面有三款,分別係海鹽,岩鹽同埋日式燒肉汁,我覺得啲牛肉夠靚,簡簡單單以海鹽調味,甚至乎唔需要用調味都已經夠哂好食。

石頭伴飯,正宗嘅韓國傳統石頭鍋飯,一放上枱已經傳嚟熱燙嘅石鍋同埋裏面嘅食材發出嘅吱吱聲音,將中間嘅滑蛋搗爛,蛋漿緩緩流出,用嚟撈飯一流,鍾意食辣嘅朋友可以加埋隨附嘅韓式辣醬同埋kimchi,就更加惹味。
