To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大煲皇喺天悅廣埸已經好多年,由小鋪變大鋪,之前小鋪時都已經有幫襯,依家變左大鋪,門面裝修更加美侖美奐。 坐既位置又寛敞,有房間、卡位、大小圓檯,坐得舒服。 食物質素依然保持水準。蕃茄薯仔牛坑腩鍋湯味濃郁,成個大煲都係材料,用料十足。 牛腩好入味又夠淋,仲有好多秀珍菇,$128 真係好抵食。頂級手切鮮肥牛牛肉色澤紅潤,鮮嫩,油花分怖均勻,牛味香濃亦有油香。叫左一份(小), 但份量都算多。牛骨髓依家唔係好多地方有得食。 本身食材係無咩味,都吸晒d 湯汁,同埋中意軟滑既口感,係我打邊爐必食之選。足料水餃水餃脹卜卜,超足料,餡料鮮蝦既比例係比較多,所以味道好鮮味,加上餡料多,好有口感,味道一絕。豬粉腸脆爽嫩滑又夠粉。蝦滑/墨魚滑雙併材料夠新鮮,一定好食,無得輸。 口感好爽滑,又夠鮮味。。兩個人食左大概$800,飽到攬住個肚,依個價錢食到咁好味同咁優質既食材,坐得又舒服,值回票價。
