上回介紹了水準一般的芝士雞蛋仔,這次到朱古力格仔餅$20!本以為是用朱古力味的蛋漿做的,原來只是原味格仔餅配上朱古力醬和花生碎。格仔餅蠻鬆脆,但有點太厚,朱古力醬又不夠多,整體一般。近年雞蛋仔和格仔餅都出了很多花款,有多種口味和配料,但兜兜轉轉始終還是喜歡最原始的炭燒雞蛋仔,可惜這門傳統手藝已逐漸失傳。即食文化盛行之下,又有誰願意用炭爐慢火細烤呢?
