早前聽過朋友介紹,NOJO嘅雞髀拉麵好值得一試,將雞髀🍗同拉麵🍜放埋一齊實屬罕見,今次終於有機會試下啦! 餐廳位於中環石板街上面,近蘭桂芳,餐廳將酒吧同拉麵店嘅風格合而為一,晚上放工後嚟依度Chill一Chill,又或者飲完酒過嚟食碗拉麵醒吓酒都唔錯🤪!.Soy Sauce Ramen $148首先當然要介紹下依度嘅名物 ---- 醬油雞髀拉麵🍜啦! NOJO嘅拉麵湯底以雞白湯作基調,後加雞腳、豬背脂等材料熬製,落單後再加上日本醬油同黑蒜油調味,所以顏色睇落係較為深色嘅奶白色,配上招牌原隻慢煮雞髀、溏心蛋等配料。雞髀就以日本醬油、胡椒等材料慢煮2小時,上菜前再塗上日本醬油炙燒。.味道方面,可能因為我哋前一陣子先喺大阪食完真正嘅純醬油湯底,覺得NOJO嘅雞湯醬油湯底較為油膩,醬油味唔太突出,而且又飲唔出濃厚雞湯嘅感覺,唔太特別。招牌慢煮雞髀咬落的確係入口即融,雞皮經炙燒帶有焦香,但👨🏽就認為雞髀經慢煮後,雞肉唔算嫩滑,亦無咩雞味。整體感覺不及期待值☹️。.Shrimp Miso Ramen (Shrimp, Baby corn, Onion, fried onion, green leaf

愛好蝦嘅👨🏽就叫咗依個Seasonal嘅蝦味噌拉麵,湯底同樣以雞白湯作基調,配以白、赤味噌及波士頓龍蝦殼🦞一同熬製,味噌帶出咗蝦嘅鮮味,湯底濃厚,反而本來對佢無咩期待,最後卻有驚喜。配料主要係蔬菜,但蝦就只有一隻,似乎成本都去晒個湯底度... 但我哋都同樣覺得依個拉麵湯底會比Soy Sauce Ramen出色👉🏻👈🏻。

我哋另外都叫咗份薯條🍟,諗住作為送酒小食🥃。但對於依個名為京都祇園薯條,我哋就睇唔出/食唔出同京都祇園有咩關係,只係用一個較為和風嘅木盒裝住,上面嘅調味就係大量黑胡椒,仲好嗆喉,大家唔係黑椒嘅狂熱擁躉真係無必要試依個...😅
