終於有時間黎食到呢味... 我期待左好耐的芝士蛋奄列啦奄列煎得岩岩好,金黃色的外表,帶住煎香味👍 同時又鎖住左d蛋汁,又蛋口感嫩滑!配堆被包住的起絲芝士,真係食過翻層味重點係平!記得$50都吾洗!好味又抵食!如果坐Bar枱,望住師傅整,更加賞心悅目!除左呢味,我仲叫左燒雜菌、燒雜菜、大板燒(最普通/平個隻,但吾記得名)、芝士炒烏冬奄列。燒菌/菜:可以試下。菌/菜用錫紙包住,放鐵板上燒,它以香蒜、簡單醬油調味為主,更易食到食物的原味,fresh !大板燒:最普通的,就係一般芝士烏冬奄列:芝士係另加的。烏冬被炒得好香👍 值得一試!
