To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯呢間小店10幾年,因為疫情所以呢兩年主要買外賣多。但係呢半年每次落去攞外賣,老闆同啲夥計嘅態度差都非常差。尋日落去見到老闆,我好有禮貌咁問一聲請問外賣有未,佢好唔耐煩兼黑晒面咁講一聲,未有啊,轉身就走咗。如果你唔想做外賣咪出聲囉,我落嚟買嘢,唔使我受你氣呀!仲有次次都話攞啲食物去我架車度,結果次次都淨係擺咗喺門口枱度,冇人理,又唔出聲,想點啊?仲話米芝蓮推介,服務咁差,點對得住D食客。唔會再返去買嘢
