To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物不好，價錢貴，我都可以接受。但服務態度不好，對不起，我真係接受不到。入去有幾張空枱，走去卡位，一味話有人，坐左冇人會人黎之類既話，咁好啦，我坐埋一邊枱。之後一個食客入來，就俾佢坐，我問點解佢可以，話轉頭會撘枱又成，我就話係先好講。過左陣有人來，之係一個人坐卡位。佢地真係有過去要求佢撘枱，人地就話不吃走之類，點知由佢坐，沒有再出過聲。客人不是上帝，但係咪處理手法要一視同仁，茶餐廳都會有vip及普通客人分類。這間茶餐廳真係好有心咁經營。
