To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 當日晚上八時三十分,本人到位於黃大仙南館分店享用晚餐,入座時轉換了三次座位,第一次轉位主要因為檯不穩,第二次轉位因為風口位吹正頭,所以唯有轉第三次期間該位侍應,發出不滿的声音,當時我們還未點餐,而且還沒有客人等位,我們這樣做有何不妥!到我們要求落單,你同事態度嚴重有問題,我話要呢個餐,佢叫等等啦,到我可以點餐我已用手指指要呢個餐,佢就故意指另一個餐,咁我話要中湯, 侍應態度好差講我問你飲乜呀!飲乜呀!連續說了幾次,因唔知除了餐湯之外還有送其它飲品,我已經講話飲中湯,但你同事可以講多句仲有餐飲,咁我會更清楚,唔需要重覆用這樣態度問飲乜呀!最後一句道歉都沒有,重要講多句我唔同你拗就發脾氣轉頭離開。沒有理會客人,亦沒有叫其它同事來落單,如他不想落單或招呼客人可以叫其它同事幫手,客人不是出氣袋。本人已即時向貴店主任作出投訴,及離開去另一餐廳光顧。員工的態度會直接影响餐廳質素,我自己本身從事服務行業,明白敬業樂業重要性。
