Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢到既食物品質唔錯,價錢合理,但服務態度真係要改善下。我早前同朋友2個人揀左呢到食晚餐,當時我拎住好多野,所以揀左張4人枱坐。當時客量唔多,空枱好多,亦有好多只坐緊2個人既4人枱。當有新客黎,帶位姐姐偏偏要求新客坐我地張枱。態度都幾差咁要求我拎走啲野比個客坐。我當時只有無奈地接受。唔計服務態度既話,呢到既食物都值得一試既~我最鍾意佢既酥皮焗叉燒包,酥皮又脆又香口,配上熱辣辣既叉燒餡真係幾正嫁👍🏻
