To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度惡劣,明明店內還有很多空位,但仍逼使所有客人搭枱,當中一名遊客㩦帶一個大紙袋想坐第三個位,並把紙袋放在第二個位,但店員仍強逼遊客坐第二個位,把紙袋放在油淋淋的地上,這駭人的服務態度令一家米芝蓮餐廳變成香港旅遊業及飲食業的枯枝。
