To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常餐 香港人愛食的早餐 這次在晚上選了華星 素聞這家的炒蛋好食 果然明不虛傳晚上食不用排隊就進去了 位置茶餐廳中算是比較闊 不像佐敦有名的那間要拼座 很迫的食物方:厚多士:很鬆化 有淡淡的牛油香 烘的剛好炒蛋:好食 應該是比教貴的蛋吧 有濃濃的奶香味 油不會太多 有蛋汁叉燒意粉:比預期中好很多 湯不是清湯 是有味的雞湯 叉燒不會太硬 很容易咬開 軟軟甜甜(佐敦那家叉燒會發光的 不敢食)總體是推薦的 又不像別家會趕你走 可以enjoy 價格又平宜
