跟女朋友慶祝拍拖周年,訂了鐵人旨花,真心覺得選對了!服務超級好!看著師傅在鐵板上煮菜像看表演,食物賣相棒!我選了鱈場蟹鐵板燒二人餐首先是前菜及沙律,前菜是一個大帶子!沙律有微微的芥末味,很清鮮,菜也很新鮮汁煮東星斑 - 師傅把東星斑的皮煎得很脆,洋蔥煎一煎再放在鰹魚汁內,配上煎好的東星斑洋蔥跟魚塊很配!都是新鮮的食材,肯定好食!清酒焗鱈場蟹 - 鱈場蟹很大!而且把兩邊的蟹殼都切一刀,輕輕用力就可以打開,超級多蟹肉!咬一口有混合了清酒的蟹汁流出來👍🏾👍🏾熊本縣產A5和王牛 - 師傅會問你想要幾成熟,我喜歡7成熟一點的,從一塊牛扒,看著師傅把它煎好再切粒,入口即刻感覺到滿滿的牛油融化了!很滿足!旁邊是炸蒜,超級香,吃著它就感覺到香濃的蒜香味,另外中間的炸藕片也很脆!碟子邊是加了岩鹽,師傅是拿著岩鹽塊親自磨出來!蟹膏炒飯 - 一定要嚐,喜出望外!看著師傅把蟹膏及蟹肉混合加在炒飯上,炒出來的飯很濃的蟹膏香味!飯是粒粒分明!清酒煮蜆 - 看到湯汁是放了清酒再點火燒一下,再放蜆煮一下~蜆很嫩滑!海水的‘鮮咸味’甜點 - 芝士金時番薯布丁、柚子雪葩布丁上有一些芝士及番薯蓉,布丁細滑,另外的柚子雪葩上
