To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

南角是一間五金舖 「怡順榮」活化而成的Cafe,保留了牌匾、鐵窗花,好有復古味。朋友睇左一篇關於佢的介紹,話一定要去。今日點左忌廉腐乳醬北海道帶子闊條麵,創意十足,味道欠缺聞係好有腐乳味,可惜腐乳鎖唔到係闊條麵上,只係食緊聞落去有腐乳味的普通闊條麵。另外上枱時已經係暖,我估1.放太耐先送餐 2.整好放一邊等燒好帶子先送餐帶子都係一個敗筆的地方,應該係拎火槍燒兩燒或用鑊慶兩慶,但咁樣上幾隻帶子,熱唔係全熱,香又唔係香,只可以話帶子係新鮮。而係碟忌廉腐乳醬北海道帶子闊條麵上,帶子同闊條麵係無連繫。
