呢個set lunch海南雞跟三種醬汁同埋一個湯,個人比較喜歡海南雞豉油,佢有少少杰身,同埋唔係齋鹹,有少少帶甜味,可以帶返個雞嘅味出嚟,另外兩款就係類似嗰隻雞醬同埋薑蓉,同平時食開嗰啲醬差唔多冇乜特別。
試咗佢個雞,雞既味係有而且都出, 唔係一啲雪藏雞嘅味,亦都唔係冇味既雞肉,有幾件雞脾搭兩件雞胸,仲有個湯,應該係冬瓜蘿蔔煲豬骨,都幾濃而且都唔係太重味精。👍🏻👍🏻



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
