To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食晚餐既時間有少少雨,唯有到附近的食肆開餐,附近食肆不多,質素參差,唔知食咩好,求其揾間大路的舖,於是決定去大快活。入到去,想食鐵板餐,但冇牛扒餐,只有呢個BBQ燒排骨及雞扒餐,醬汁揀左黑椒汁。雞扒幾大塊,加埋醬汁,好好味;燒排骨竟然係好長既排骨,冇諗過會用呢款肉,都好味,但太長,所以食起上來唔係太方便;而成個餐最驚喜係兩片既蒜容包,新鮮整起,好香好脆,為成個餐加左唔少分數。雖然個鐵板餐比以往貴左幾蚊,但係感覺高級左,唔係以往咁,俾幾塊扒你,每塊紙咁薄,有進步,賣呢個價錢,可以接受。
