🖤Tom Yum Seafood Risotto 冬陰公意大利飯試過唔同以冬陰功為主嘅西式菜式大部份所調嘅冬陰功醬汁都係有異曲同工之妙 透過色澤(偏橙)其實都可以睇得出相似度 拍係比較甜 然後帶點辣🤔😍但呢個有驚喜 佢唔係甜個隻 雖然係意大利飯 食落唔會好滯 因為味道好清新 好fresh (有青檸嗰種酸)不過就偏辣😋同埋比起其他餐廳 算幾多料 有蝦有帶子有蟹肉👍🏻🖤Black Truffle Seared Scallops Linguine 黑松露帶子意粉🤔呢個係最為遜色 味道比較淡 黑松露味唔夠出 好在醬汁較多 意粉煮得剛好 口感上彌補味道嘅不足加上帶子煎得幾好 金黃嘅表面不過定價就真係貴 唔值呢個價😐🖤Dirty Tiramisu佢嘅size比想像中大 都幾抵食 😍😌出面普通cafe都唔止咁嘅價😂佢算係偏甜甜 不過係接受到嘅範圍內因為佢唔係嗰啲死甜 而係帶奶香嘅甜 可能因為面頭有一層奶蓋😍食落去口感上算係Creamy 但係都食得出蛋糕嘅鬆化嘅口感 餘味仲會feel到少少咖啡液☺️🖤總括而言 都會願意再返嚟食 只不過只會嗌Tiramisu同冬陰功意大利飯😜😂
