To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老人家出街食飯，最緊要坐得舒適，所以選擇了潮江春。集團出品，食物水平當然十分穩定。更何況有信用卡優惠，而且選擇相比翠園較多。兩口子點了三餸一湯。餸菜份量足，做個有衣食的人，吃不完打包吧～先來個湯，感覺湯底有人工味道，料算是足，不過下之唔會點。鹽燒小黃魚，夠香脆，而且屋企好難做到，個人覺得咸咗小小。魯水鵝片，有豆腐墊底，豆腐好味，鵝片鞋咗d,整體合格。梅菜肉碎菜心煲，菜心好靚，無揸，以為會好咸，點知食落剛好，食到最後都仲熱，大推。AE白金卡埋單，主餐牌所有食物有半價，感覺好扺。飲埋我覺得好苦嘅功夫茶解油膩，完滿的晚餐。
