久聞其大名,昨日終於去試了蛋牛治和豬手麵。蛋牛治不用咸牛而用牛碎,食起來更有質感,用煎得香脆蛋皮包住,再夾在烤過的白麵白中,一口脆、香、軟,好是滋味。豬手麵也十分不錯,先是豬手軟滑入味,口起骨落,想必炆煮多時方成。麵底卻是爽口彈牙,不比很多有名麵檔失色,有點驚喜呢。下次路過也得再試。
