今天又來太興吃個下午茶,看到餐牌上有款炆伊麵,自小時候已對這種食物有情意結,材料雖是簡簡單單,一些冬菇絲,金菇,瑤柱,芽菜,但配合起來卻很美味。這次的炆伊麵也沒令我失望,材料挺豐富份量足。炆伊麵的芡汁也挺香濃的,味道也不會過鹹,唯一是芡汁的份量過多有點太濕了。價錢也差不多要50元,不過現在即使普通茶餐廳的下午茶餐也超過40元了。熱奶茶照樣保持到水準,茶香奶滑,是到太興必點之一。



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
