放工來太子行街, 聽呢邊番工既食家朋友講, 最近有間新餐廳佢講到唔錯一於跟風試試, 位置唔算難搵, 港鐵出口大約2分鐘便到門面有少少似cafe feel, 不過又有酒供應架喎望過門口的menu, 覺得都啱食, 即刻入去坐低歎埋冷氣超抵生蠔, HK$198/打可惜我不太吃入到黎, 燈光半光半暗, 樓底非常高, 冷氣都足夠當時大約7pm, 坐坐下都開始人多, 估唔到呢個位都多人黎喎每檯都仲放有香薰蠟燭, 都幾浪漫坐低後, 侍應都好醒目, 即刻遞上清水及餐牌餐牌是夜光的, 但又唔係iPad來, 都幾特別除咗超抵生蠔外, 仲有海鮮拼盤, 都唔算太貴, 印象中有加拿大蟹, 蜆, 蝦等睇緊Menu之際, 侍應遞上爆谷為小食我未試過食飯前會送上爆谷, 有d似酒吧焦糖爆谷是新鮮香脆, 明知黎緊會食飯, 但都係忍唔住口的Finally...我地都係點set dinner每個餐都包1湯, 2前菜, 雪葩之後主菜, 最後餐飲有d估唔到, 一間西餐廳仔會做足有埋雪葩, 侍應說會因應天氣季節而轉換味道的先上餐湯及前菜呀....個碟即刻令我諗起SailorMoon, 月亮型好特別而餐湯是用shooter杯裝著,

有d估唔到, 一間西餐廳仔會做足有埋雪葩, 侍應說會因應天氣季節而轉換味道的

而餐湯是用shooter杯裝著, 唔使一次過飲一大碗而影響胃口

特別的當然要揀後者白湯, 又係估唔到餐廳仔會做到賣相都好得
湯上面是泡沫來的, 我試了一口, 入面都有好多蘑菇茸, 仲有微微的松露味道
湯唔會太杰, 飲完唔會飽哂, 而且也開動了胃口添

呢隻芝士味不重, 蕃茄味也不重, 但加埋佢地自家呢隻醬, 帶少少咸, 好match

另外藍鰭吞拿魚慕絲酥皮盒我都很期待
可看到廚師是有心思去設計的
一口的酥皮盒, 酥盒仍脆, 藍鰭吞拿魚就像沙律一樣, 夾埋一齊食好好味

吃過前菜後, 侍應奉上雪葩清清味蕾
唔講以為係雞蛋
是晚是檸檬味, 第一啖很酸, 我再攪伴一下, 發覺有點清香甜味
原來是加了蜂蜜, 味道很討好, 酸味也即時降低

意粉唔會好乾身, 墨魚汁是剛好
起昏暗的環境食, 唔怕比人見到"污咀狗"啦 

雖然個意粉都係黑蚊蚊, 但食得到入面有少少菇類及蒜片洋蔥等, 而味道不濃烈
美中不足唯獨是覺得d汁有少少甜味, 唔係就perfect啦

最後餐茶是日本宇治玄米茶, 唔啱飲既都可以改番平時既檸茶檸水咖啡嘅
